We use a secure and encrypted payment handler to process all our payments. Your information will never be shared with a third party.


All payments are taken in GBP(£) and all orders are governed by UK law. Available payment methods include Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard and Bank Transfer.


You can choose to pay by debit or credit card via telephone, bank transfer to our Business Account or in store via card or cash.

You can reserve an item and collect at your convenience at an arranged time. We request items to be collected within 14 days of purchase. In most cases items must be moved into storage if left with us beyond 14 days. Storage facilities incur us extra fees, which proportionately will be passed on to the customer if storage is required. Any item not collected within six months will be made available for resale and the product forefited by the customer. 

local delivery

For furniture, large items and upon request we offer a local delivery service. If you are based in Ripon, we are happy to deliver free of charge. We also deliver further afield using our own vehicle, costs are fair and reflect the direct cost to us for the delivery based on location. 

Mainland UK

We seal our parcels with branded stickers, but as default offer paperless receipts for online orders, paper receipts are included for telephone orders.

Prices depend on available postal services in the current climate, we do not charge extra - just the flat cost of postage

Furniture courier

We can arrange collection and delivery nationally for unusually large items or multiple items, pricing is based on vehicle size and fuel costs. If you have your own courier we will happily work with them to accommodate your requirements.


Please read our terms of delivery carefully, including turnaround times and ensure you will be available to receive your delivery when placing an order.

Due to the size, weight or nature of some of our stock, unfortunately some items are unavailable for purchase online. We are unable to include these products in general delivery services. We offer a local delivery service and can arrange services further afield subject to feasibility.

We are happy to tailor delivery based on products and for last minute requirements where possible.

If there is any delay to your order, due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified accordingly.

Please ensure that you enter the full correct postal address. We can only deliver to the cardholder's registered address.


We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been received at your address.

International delivery

For delivery to Europe and beyond, postage is calculated per enquiry. For any questions please contact Hazel or Lauren here.

Undelivered goods

Should the chosen delivery service be unable to deliver your item/s, after fulfilling their stated delivery terms, a new delivery charge will apply. 


Please follow the guidance promptly and carefully on any missed delivery cards and  If goods are undelivered due to the delivery service being unable to deliver, the full cost of delivery will apply for goods returned to us and a new delivery charge will apply.


If the Post Office or courier leaves a missed delivery card, please follow the guidance on the card promptly to arrange an alternative delivery or collection from your local Post Office as we cannot be responsible for non-collection of your goods.

returns & replacements


in store

In certain cases we can offer exchange for in store purchases with prior arrangement. We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective. 

We reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time.

online / distance

For online or distance purchases please notify us within 48 hours and return it to Webb and Webb within 30 days. On receipt of your returned goods (provided they are in saleable condition) we will refund you in full for the cost of the item (excluding postage). 

If in the rare event a sale must be cancelled by us, you will be notified as to the reason and refunded.

Returned items must be in their original condition - unused and in original packaging.

Goods are returned at your own cost and risk. 

We recommend that any returns are sent via recorded delivery, taking into account the value of the respective returned item, and you obtain a proof of posting receipt. This will enable us to action a refund should your item be delayed or lost in the post.


If something dreadful happens and you suffer the misfortune of receiving a product which has suffered damage in transit or is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by  email, or telephone on 01765 601177.

Please return the damaged item to us within 14 days of receipt,  following the above returns procedure.


Depending on the condition of the item we may ask you to return it to us.

Non-refundable items


We may be unable to offer a refund in the following (but not limited to) instances:

  • Any item purchased in store.

  • Items sold on sale

  • Antiques or vintage items

  • Items described as faulty or damaged at the time of sale

  • Goods you have attempted to repair or have repaired

  • Goods you have damaged through improper use

  • If you no longer want an item because it is the wrong size or colour -if you have seen the item.

  • Customised products

  • Perishable products such as lotions and candles

  • Earrings, unless faulty.

The prices on our website are correct at the time of press, however prices and availability of goods can and will change without prior notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order might be different to that charged at the point of delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this does not happen and we will endeavour to inform the customer if there is a change in the price. Some of our goods are unique items or handmade and may vary in colour, texture or size.
